Cellular concrete is widely used for the production of non-autoclaved masonry blocks.
The technology employed is particularly cost-efficient and environmentally beneficial. With no need for autoclaves, and minimal energy and raw material consumption, this production method also facilitates the relocation of production close to the target markets, significantly reducing transportation costs compared to traditional materials.

Additionally, the versatility of Isoltech’s technology allows for the production of non-autoclaved cellular concrete blocks in various sizes, ideal for partition and exterior walls.
The blocks can be used for cladding as well as for seismic structures.
Production is carried out with the IBS-08 machine, available in manual or automatic versions, with or without a pump.
All blocks should be laid with thin-film adhesive, made by mixing Acri 105 adhesive with cement, sand, and water in the appropriate proportions.
The walls must be finished with plaster, following a specific sequence prescribed by Isoltech. The plaster, composed of cement, sand, water, and Acri 105, is applied in two layers with the interposition of the Acriver mesh.
This treatment is required for all walls, both internal and external, partition walls, and cladding blocks.
The cellular concrete blocks produced with the Isoltech system can be manufactured in various sizes.
To improve handling, recesses have been introduced that serve as handles, making the blocks easier to maneuver and install, enhancing practicality and efficiency on the construction site.
