Auxiliary Additive for Cellular Concrete | Increment TIXO

Increment Tixo is a specific additive for cellular concrete with strong thickening properties, formulated for steep slopes.

Developed to enhance the performance of cellular concrete in complex situations, it ensures high efficiency in cases where the product must not easily flow into cavities.

The use of Increment Tixo is recommended to prevent the dripping that typically occurs after the application of lightweight concrete. This additive increases the viscosity of cellular concrete, making it ideal for sloped applications, speeding up screed hardening, and preventing damage to structural or finishing materials, such as wood or drywall.

The additive is distinguished by:

Anti-drip properties: prevents the typical dripping after the application of lightweight concrete
Prevents deterioration of structural or finishing materials, such as wood or drywall

Technical Characteristics of the Auxiliary Additive for Cellular Concrete Increment TIXO

To be added to water-cement before or after foam, in quantities ranging from 8 to 12 kg per cubic meter.

Increment Tixo, specially formulated to meet specific site requirements, is pumped with only 140-145 liters/mᵌ of water, thereby reducing the normal water/cement ratio of the material.

The additive is available in 25 kg bags or big bags.

The auxiliary additive for cellular concrete Increment Tixo enables the creation of cellular concrete screeds in the renovation of occupied and non-waterproof buildings.

The material’s density, after fine-tuning the formula based on the equipment used, the cement, and mixing, makes the use of cellophane unnecessary.

Increment Tixo for Wooden Floors or Drywall

Increment Tixo is ideal for the application of cellular concrete in contexts where water presents a significant issue, such as in the presence of moisture-sensitive materials or with limited structural load capacity.

The lightweight concrete produced with Increment Tixo has a lower specific weight compared to other materials, which are often heavier, more expensive, and require an earth-damp consistency for application.

This makes Increment Tixo an effective and cost-efficient solution for such uses.

Increment Tixo for Roofs and Terrace Fillings

Increment Tixo is particularly useful for roofing and terrace filling projects with slopes, thanks to its ability to viscously retain the material.

After the application of a lightweight concrete subfloor, thanks to Increment Tixo, operations can resume as early as the first half of the following week; seasonal variations should, of course, always be taken into account.
