Composite Fluid Screed in Sand and Cement: FLUOPLAN

Fluoplan is Isoltech’s innovative technology for the production of composite fluid screed in non-pre-mixed sand and cement.

The mixing and pumping process of the materials takes place on-site, ensuring optimal resource management and perfect adaptability to different project contexts. In this sense, the supply of composite screed, including Fluoplan, and cellular concrete produced with Isocem S/L foaming agent and Increment L water reducer, meets the needs of a market increasingly oriented towards global solutions.

For on-site production, the automatic Fluocem plant can be used, producing both Fluoplan self-leveling screed and cellular concrete.

Fluoplan Applications

Fluoplan is particularly suitable for renovation projects and construction sites in areas with limited access, such as historic centers, often characterized by very small spaces for intervention. Among its main applications, Fluoplan is used for flooring in hospitals, communities, residential buildings, hotels, and hospitality facilities.

Thanks to its excellent thermal conductivity and adhesion to piping, it ensures high performance and long durability, even in the installation of underfloor heating systems.

Particolarmente indicato per interventi di ristrutturazione e per cantieri in aree con accesso limitato, come i centri storici, spesso caratterizzati da spazi molto ridotti per gli interventi, fra le principali applicazioni di Fluoplan, la realizzazione di pavimentazioni in ospedali, comunità, residenze civili, hotel e strutture ricettive.
Grazie alle sue eccellenti proprietà di conduttività termica e adesione alle tubazioni, inoltre, garantisce performance elevate e lunga durata, anche nella realizzazione di pavimenti riscaldanti.

Supply of machinery and/or plants for on-site production of cellular or insulating concrete, made with polystyrene or rubber.
