Low-thickness cementitious screeds are advanced solutions for the realization of flat, resistant surfaces, ready for the application of final coatings. In this section, we present three different screed models – Livellina HP 10.30, Microlivellina 3-10 HP, and Livellina CC – each designed for specific construction site needs, along with Primer Acri 105, for surface preparation before application.
Livellina HP 10.30 is a single-component, self-leveling cementitious screed with high mechanical performance, ideal for reinforcement and repair of concrete floors. With a variable thickness from 10 to 30 mm, it is perfect for restoration and reinforcement interventions on internal and external surfaces. Its composition, based on cementitious binders and selected quartz, guarantees easy and uniform application, without shrinkage or cracking.
Microlivellina 3-10 HP is a self-leveling cementitious screed specific for thin finishes, with thicknesses ranging from 3 to 10 mm. Ideal for light repair interventions or leveling of pre-existing surfaces, it is suitable for both internal and external applications. Thanks to its high fluidity and ease of application, Microlivellina is perfect for finishing reinforced concrete floors before applying epoxy and polyurethane flooring, and is suitable for the quick recovery of localized areas of commercial and industrial flooring.
Livellina CC is a self-leveling screed specifically designed for use on cellular concrete. With a fixed thickness of 25 mm, it is perfect for reinforcement and consolidation of porous or weak substrates. Its composition ensures high mechanical strength and easy application, guaranteeing durable surfaces ready to support any type of flooring.
Primer Acri 105 is a specific product for the preparation of porous or dusty surfaces before the application of self-leveling screeds. Thanks to its formulation based on resins linked to crosslinkers, Primer creates a chemical bridge between solid particles, consolidating surfaces and improving the adhesion of the screeds.
It is particularly recommended for use on cellular concrete and concrete floors, ensuring uniform distribution of active ingredients and preparing the substrate for the application of Livellina HP 10.30 and Livellina CC.
