The technology for producing non-autoclaved blocks in cellular concrete is the most complete and ecological because no autoclave is used, because the modest use of energy and of raw materials.
Given the economy and the reduced dimensions of the plant, it is possible to relocate the production of non-autoclaved blocks in cellular concrete to any user market (even modestly sized yards), reducing the cost of transport to the minimum which on the other hand is significant in the case of using traditional materials.

The versatility of this technology is also in the dimensions of the blocks: The formwork developed by Isoltech allows for the production of non- autoclaved blocks in cellular concrete of various sizes, for use in partition and external walls. The blocks can be for filling in/partitioning and seismic, and are made thanks to the IBS-08 machine, in manual or automatic versions, with or without pump.
All blocks have to be laid with a thin filmed bonding agent obtained with ACRI 105 mixed with concrete, sand and water in appropriate proportions.

The walls will have to be finished with plaster applied in a specific sequence prescribed by ISOLTECH. The plaster is obtained by mixing concrete, sand, water and ACRI 105 and is applied in two layers with ACRIVER coating mesh.

All walls, internal and external, partitions and infill blocks must be finished with the treatment described above.
