For twin-level screed, the cellular concrete is used above all as an insulating sub-base. As a light screed, it is used at the level of tubing as a support to the traditional screed, of which it reduces the thickness and the weight. Furthermore, cellular concrete greatly improves the muffling of noise at the tread level, due to its discontinuous structure.
