The automatic plant for cellular concrete block production uses the most advanced, specially configured version of the IBS 2008 automatic machine, a fully automatic cutting machine, and wheeled molds without dividing knives.

Once filled, the molds circulate on rails to the cutting machine, which autonomously cuts the blocks and returns them to the circuit for curing and packaging.
Our technical team commissions the plant at the customer’s site and tests it together with the operating personnel. Thanks to the turnkey service, the testing includes identifying the material composition and producing the cellular concrete blocks.
