This solution is ideal for large-scale production in expanding markets. Production capacity ranges from 50 cubic meters/day to 200 cubic meters/day.
The semi-automatic plant for cellular concrete block production employs the IBS-08 automatic machine and a series of molds that vary depending on the plant configuration.
The IBS-08 is configured to dose and mix the components, ensuring consistent material quality. Production capacity ranges from 10 cubic meters/day to 50 cubic meters/day.
The manual plant for cellular concrete block production consists of the IBS-08 machine and manual molds with dividing knives. Production capacity ranges from 10 to 30 cubic meters/day.
