Cellular Concrete Production Plant with Sand | IBS-08

The IBS-08 is a medium-sized fixed plant designed for the production of cellular concrete blocks with sand. With a production capacity of 7-10 m³/hour, this plant features a manual loading system but can be automated for higher production demands.

Suitable for cellular concrete densities ranging from 300 to 1400 kg/m³.

Features of the IBS-08 Plant for Cellular Concrete Production with Sand

With a capacity of 950 liters, the IBS-08 plant is equipped with a horizontal shaft mixer, a foam generator, a timed water pump to ensure consistent quantities, an extra 300-liter tank, an electrical control panel, and a 4HP air compressor.

The foam produced is transferred to the mixer through specific pipes, where it combines with the concrete mix, which is then transported to a mold via a discharge pipe or a pump.

The IBS-08 automatically produces cellular concrete with a preset density, ensuring efficiency and precision in the production of medium-density cellular concrete blocks with sand.

Automation Options for the IBS-08 Plant

Although the IBS-08 is manual, it can be partially or fully automated. An automated system for raw material handling can be implemented, enabling industrial-scale cellular concrete production without the need for specialized personnel and without lengthy adjustments before each production cycle.

Once automated, the IBS-08 becomes the centerpiece of a more complex production facility.
