The C2018 continuous mobile plant represents the pinnacle of quality and innovation in cellular concrete production.
Thanks to its exclusive, proven technology, robust and reliable, this plant can continuously produce cellular concrete in variable quantities of up to 20 m³/h.
Ideal for bringing cutting-edge innovation directly to the construction site, the C2018 utilizes all necessary complementary additives to produce next-generation cellular concrete, including cellular concretes with very low water/cement ratios, fast-drying, thixotropic, and anti-drip formulations, as well as low-density mineral foam (150-200 kg/m³).
The C2018 is a fully autonomous continuous cellular concrete production plant.
With a full-load capacity of 28,000 kg of cement, 3,000 liters of water, and a generator supplying the necessary electrical power, the plant is independent of the site’s network.
The C2018 can also be equipped with a self-diagnostic device connected to a SIM card and a modem in the electrical panel, allowing our Isoltech technicians to provide real-time assistance via web connection.
The control system of the C2018 plant consists of two PLCs that communicate via a LAN cable, ensuring synchronized and efficient operation.
While the plant does not require a human-machine interface, it can be optionally equipped with a 5″ or 7″ color touch screen operator panel for managing processing times and the alarm list, or a 12″ or 15″ color touch screen panel PC for complete plant management.
With this solution, the operator can create and manage recipes, save process histories, and export data in txt or Excel format via USB drive.
