Thanks to advanced software with specific programs for each type of material, Fluocem is the only automatic machine capable of managing up to three different materials, making it an innovative and comprehensive solution for any construction site need.
Fluocem is equipped with a 13 m³ sand tank, a cement silo with two extraction screws, and a central conveyor belt. It also includes tanks for Fluoplan P (powder), Fluoplan L additives, and Isocem S/B foaming agent, along with a foam generator and an air compressor.
The delivery pump ensures precise and uniform material distribution. The plant dimensions are 9 meters in length and 2.5 meters in width, with a weight of 10 tons without the trailer.
It is equipped with a 40 kW hydraulic power unit for hydraulic motors and a 40 kW generator for electrical utilities. The plant is mounted on a Zorzi trailer, type 38S080EPC (not included in the offer), facilitating transport and use at various construction sites.
