High performance and lightweight. In this type of intervention, the particularly advantageous lightness-to-strength ratio offered by cellular concrete is crucial. It provides high performance in terms of strength, insulation, and durability, while its low weight reduces stress on structures.  

Homogeneous filling of every cavity. Due to its fluidity, cellular concrete allows perfect filling of hidden and irregular cavities, which can always be reached by inserting the delivery pipe into small access holes.  

Efficient and safer on-site. The ease of use of expanded concrete makes operations more efficient in challenging environments, such as narrow trenches typical of urban construction sites. No cumbersome or complex compaction of materials is required, and there is no need for workers to directly enter trenches to lay the filling. The fluidity of cellular concrete ensures perfect cavity filling, and its placement can be done through low-pressure pumping or gravity flow. 

Stable over time and not subject to settling. Cellular concrete can dissipate more energy than heavier materials like gravel, and once hardened, it is not subject to settling like loose materials. These characteristics also contribute to its long-term stability.  

Simplified logistics. Compared to traditional materials, the use of cellular concrete offers significant logistical simplifications; only the transport of cement is required, as the expansion phase—namely, foam production and mixing—takes place directly on-site.
