High-Performance Cellular Concrete Production Plant | IBS PL/C/D/17

The IBS PL/C/D/17 is a large-scale fixed plant designed for the production of cellular concrete for blocks and prefabrication.  

Equipped with an advanced slurry turbo pre-mixer, this plant significantly improves the productivity and quality of the cellular concrete produced.  

With an hourly production capacity ranging from 8 to 13 m³, the IBS PL/C/D/17 is ideal for producing high-performance cellular concrete with densities varying from 200 to 1600 kg/m³.

Features of the IBS PL/C/D/17 Plant

The IBS PL/C/D/17 includes:

  • High-energy turbo pre-mixer with 20 HP power, slurry recycling, and discharge through an electro-pneumatic valve, with a dedicated support structure.
  • Dosing system with load cells and a digital device;
  • 1000 l twin-screw mixer with a foam generator for material production and foam mixing;
  • Containment tank equipped with electro-pneumatic discharge valves;
  • Electrical control panel;

Mono pump for delivery, stator, and rotor available as an option.  

The delivery pump is an alternative to the electro-mechanical discharge valves.

  • Support frame with load cells for automatic component dosing;
  • Pneumatic discharge gate;
  • Foam generator;
  • Automatic ingredient dosing;
  • Automatic control of silos, screw conveyors, and related motors.
