The mineral foam for cellular concrete is the result of one of the most advanced and sustainable technologies developed by Isoltech.
This patented technology enables the production of mineral foam with densities ranging from 100 to 200 kg/m³, ensuring high insulating power with a thermal conductivity between λ= 0.045 – 0.065 W/mK.
Thanks to its properties, mineral foam is a viable alternative to traditional petroleum-based insulating materials, such as expanded polystyrene, extruded polystyrene, and other energy-intensive options like autoclaved aerated silicate, which is considerably more expensive, or polyurethane foam, which, while more insulating, has a significant environmental impact and higher cost.
The application of mineral foam is optimized for easy and compact installation, thanks to the material’s fluidity, which is consistently workable.
Raw materials are stored in silos, retrieved during production, and used on-site without additional handling, storage, retrieval, placement, or waste, which are common with traditional insulating materials.
