FLUOCEM: AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR FLUID FLUOPLAN SCREEDS

Fluocem is an automatic machine which can produce:

self-levelling sand-concrete screed
cellular concrete screed without sand
cellular concrete screed with sand.

Completely automatic, it is the only machine for screeds that can produce up to 3 different materials thanks to software with specific programmes for each material.

a 13 cubic meters sand hopper
concrete silo with 2 extraction screw feeders
central conveyor belt
Fluoplan P additive (powder) tank
Fluoplan L additive tank
Isocem S/B foaming agent additive tank
foam generator
air compressor
output pump

SERVICES

Fluocem is equipped with a 40 kw hydraulic control panel for hydraulic motors. Furthermore, it has a 40 kw electricity generator for electrical utilities.
It is mounted on a Zorzi trailer, type 38S080EPC (not included with the offer price).
